What the app does

Records your visit

You start a recording at your appointment. Lenaya Health transcribes it.

Explains it plainly

A clear recap of the whole conversation, in everyday language.

Your to-do list

Referrals to make, appointments to book, medicines to pick up.

Reads your documents

Upload labs and after-visit notes; the app pulls out what matters.

Answers your questions

Ask about your own care. Answers come only from your own visits and documents.

Care Circle

Invite family or caregivers so they can follow along and ask their own questions.

Why we ask for your information

We only ask for what the app needs to work. Here is every request and the reason for it.

What we requestWhy
Your Google account name and emailTo create and sign you into your account. This is the only information we receive from Google. We do not read your Gmail, contacts, calendar, or files.
Microphone accessTo record an appointment when you choose to start a recording. Nothing is recorded unless you start it.
Camera accessOnly if you photograph a paper document to upload it.
Documents you uploadTo extract lab values and instructions so the app can answer questions about them.
Phone number (optional)To send a verification code if you choose to add one.
Payment detailsHandled by our payment processor for paid plans. We never store your card number.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your recordings, documents, or health information to train AI models. Your information is shared only with the people you personally invite into your Care Circle, and with the service providers that run the app on our behalf.
